From now on, pass the security checks at airports will be a little less uncomfortable. Who has not ever met with the hassle of having to remove the belt to pass through the metal of the metal detector?.

Well, that hassle is overdue, because two Catalans have invented a removable belt buckle that eliminates the need to remove the belt.

The idea came when Julia Manero, a jewelry business and his nephew Oscar Hernandez, an engineer, were in their constant trips carrying passengers shirtless in his hand the belt.

The article has been patented by their creators and won last month of April the third prize of the International Fair of Inventions in Geneva.
